Twelve years ago, I started Paradigm Swift to flip the script, as it pertained to organizational professional development. I was tired of attending corporate training events that were lack luster, where I received inconsequential take home value, and quite frankly the time spent did not change my workplaces. I wanted to build an agency that was unorthodox in delivery, offering cutting edge seminars packed with applicable knowledge, during a high-energy event. That initial dream has grown into a company that offers a suite of fifteen unique trainings, executive coaching and strategic facilitation.
